Do I need to create an account to make a purchase?
No, you can use our guest checkout if you like!
However, signing up with TaqlidiAttire gives you a number of benefits including: faster checkout and exclusive discounts – we’ll safely store your email & delivery information for your next purchase, making each of your purchases a little better!
How do I create a TaqlidiAttire account?
Creating an account is easy! It simplifies your checkout process, allows you to receive updates and check the status of your orders.
On your way to checkout you will be given the choice to either continue as a guest or create an account and become an official member of the TaqlidiAttire community!
Delivery Queries
When will my order be dispatched?
We aim to process all orders within 5-7 business days. Next day delivery orders received after 12pm will be processed on the next business working day. If you wish to receive your order using next day delivery, orders must be placed before 12pm.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation which will also contain the tracking information for your order.
Where is my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation with a link to the following page: https://taqlidiattire.com/pages/order-tracking here you are able to track your purchase.
When will my order arrive?
Delivery time is depndent on your selected service at checkout.
"Next Business Day Delivery" - posted using 'RoyalMail tracked 24' which has an expected delivery time of 1-2 working days in addition to our processing and shipment time.
"Standard UK Shipping" - posted using 'RoyalMail tracked 48' which has an expected delivery time of 2-3 working days in addition to our processing and shipment time.
Order Queries
How do I cancel my order?
If the order has already been dispatched, we are unable to cancel it. Once you have received your items, please get in touch with our Customer Care Team and we will advise on which to steps to take next.

How can I update my order?
After orders have been placed we are unable to make amendments to any orders including size/colour, shipping address, contact information etc. Please ensure you input all correct details at checkout to avoid delays in the delivery process. If you have made a mistake with any of the above please email Taqlidiattire@gmail.com at the earliest possible date.
I am missing an item from my order?
If you are missing an item from your order, please get in touch as soon as possible and we’ll look into this for you.

Returns/refunds
My Item has arrived damaged
At TaqlidiAttire we prioritise customer satisfaction and package our products as safely & securely as possible to avoid damage in transit. However, unfortunately due to external couriers - some packages can be damaged whilst on their journey to you.
Should you find a fault with the item itself please send a photo to TaqlidiAttire@gmail.com along with your name, shipping address and order number which can be found in the confirmation email and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
Please do not dispose of any packaging as you may be asked to return or provide pictures
How do I return an unwanted item?
If for whatever reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return any unopened products to us. Please ensure the item is still in it's original new condition, unworn, unopened packed with all labels packaging and is returned to us securely.
We will offer a full refund and exchange on unused, packaged & sealed items within 14 working days of purchase.

Please also include whether you would like a refund, an exchange or a replacement. Returns, exchanges and replacements are processed as soon as we receive your items. We strongly advise that you obtain a proof of postage receipt when sending your item back to us.

- Items must be unworn and unwashed.
- Items must have all tags attached.
- Item is still in it's original new condition.
